Description
For mutton/chicken/ fish/ veg biryani, use Hyderabadi Biryani Masala. Made with mace, cardamom green, red chilies, cloves, cardamom seeds, black pepper, and cinnamon.
Direction of use : Heat cooking medium, add Biryani masala, water and pre-soaked rice. Add mutton/ chicken pieces as desired, a pinch of saffron/ turmeric powder and cook as usual.
Ingredients: Iodised Salt, Red Chillies, Dry Mango, Cassia, Fennel, Musk Melon, Cumin, Cardamom Amomum, Black Pepper, Cloves, Garlic, Onion, Green Cardamom, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Mace, Star Anise, Coriander
