1. Bhel Puri (Puffed Rice Chaat)

Ingredients:

2 cups puffed rice (murmura)

½ cup finely chopped onion

½ cup chopped tomatoes

¼ cup boiled and diced potatoes

2 tbsp green chutney

2 tbsp tamarind chutney

1 tsp chaat masala

¼ cup nylon sev

1 tbsp chopped coriander

Salt to taste

Lemon juice to taste

Method: In a large bowl, combine puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, and potatoes. Add green chutney, tamarind chutney, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well just before serving to maintain crunchiness. Top with sev and coriander leaves, and squeeze lemon juice over it.
