Ingredients
3 cups puffed rice
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
2 tbsp tamarind chutney
1 tbsp green chutney
Sev for topping
Coriander leaves
Cooking Method
In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, onion, and tomato.
Add chutneys, lemon juice, and chaat masala.
Toss everything quickly.

3. Sev Puri

12 flat puris
2 boiled potatoes (chopped)
1 onion (finely chopped)
Tamarind chutney
Green chutney
Sev

Add potato pieces and chopped onions on each puri.

1 cup whisked yoghurt
1 boiled potato (mashed)

15 papdis
1 cup yoghurt
½ cup boiled chickpeas
1 boiled potato (cubed)

3 boiled potatoes
2 tbsp cornflour
Salt and chilli powder
For Toppings
Yoghurt
Tamarind chutney

Chopped onions

Mash potatoes and mix with cornflour and spices.
Shape into patties and shallow fry until golden brown.
Place tikkis on a plate and add yoghurt and chutneys.

7. Samosa Chaat

2 samosas
1 cup chickpea curry
Yoghurt
Tamarind chutney
Green chutney
Chopped onions
