Delivery Policy

Delivery will be within 2 working days (Tue to Fri) excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We will ensure any perishables in your order is freshly packed before dispatch.

What is the minimum order for FREE delivery?

If your delivery address is in Leeds (LS), Bradford (BD), Halifax (HX) or Wakefield (WF) then £19 is the minimum order for free delivery (exclusions apply). For all other mainland UK post codes, the minimum order is £49 for free delivery.

Is there a minimum order value?

NO, there is no minimum order value. You can order less than £19 (Leeds, Bradford, Halifax and Wakefield) or £49 (rest of the mainland UK). It’s only that your order does not qualify for free delivery.

LS/BD/HX/WF Postcodes - 2 Working Day Delivery (excludes weekends and bank holidays)

Your orders must be received by 8:30 am for it to be dispatched on the same day. Orders received between 8.30am on Friday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Weekend and timed deliveries not available at this stage

Rest of the UK Mainland Postcodes - 2 Working Day Delivery (excludes weekends and bank holidays). We will Dispatch the Parcels every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Non-Mainland UK Postcodes (excludes weekends and bank holidays)

For non-Mainland UK postcodes delivery charges apply at all times, even if your order value is more than £49.

In some cases, we will be unable to send perishables items, owing to customs and delivery restrictions. We will contact you if the restriction applies to your order.

Also, the below charges have a weight restriction of 27 kg. If you order weight exceeds 27 kg, we will contact you to agree a way forward.

Whilst we strive hard for 2 working day delivery to these postcodes but we cannot guarantee owing to delay that may be caused along the route.

Timed and Saturday deliveries (NOT applicable for LS, BD, WF, HX and Non-Mainland UK postcodes)

We understand sometimes you would like to get these deliveries made before a specified time of the day or during the weekend (Saturday). These are premium services and will incur a charge regardless of the order value. The costs exclude Sundays and Bank Holidays when no deliveries will be made.

Click and Collect

If you have chosen click and collect during check-out (for orders over £1) then please be informed that you must collect from our Warehouse in Bradford (excludes Sundays and bank holidays). We will contact you to arrange a time for collection. Our Warehouse address can be found at Contact Us

We do not deliver to Europe
