Emperor 1kg (Cleaned & Gutted)

The Emperor is simply the King of Kings in the fish world (in terms of taste). Majestic in all sense to look at (and eat). Highly sought after. A common menu item in most luxury hotels. Large & fleshy meat - the King of Fish does come in Fifty different Shades - Grey, Silver, Yellow, Classic..Highly rich in Protein and Phosphorus. Very firm and rich flesh with less bones.

Common names include spangled emperor, green snapper, morwong, north-west snapper, sand bream, sand snapper, sixteen-pounder, Sharie, Sheri and yellow sweetlip.

It is also known by names, such as 'Sheri' in the Middle East, 'Vaalai meen, Kulli kozhi meen, Vilai meen' in Tamil, 'Vilameen' in Malayalam, 'Karwa n Telugu','Mulla, Gadeer' in Urdu, 'Erimeenu, Kokkare' in Kannada.

Make sure to place your order by Sunday evening & your entire order will be delivered on Wednesday for LS,BD,HX & WF and on Thursday for the rest of the postcodes.

Freshly caught fish of weight 1kg will be cleaned and sliced.

The weight of the fish will be reduced once it is cleaned. After cleaning the 1kg fish it will be 700g to 800g (Cleaning wastage will be 20%- 30%).
