Fresh Indian Mackerel 1kg (Cleaned & Gutted)

Indian Mackerel or Bangda is rich in Omega 3 and Selenium which is great for your cardiovascular health.

It is known by various names, such as 'Kembung' in Indonesia, Bangda in Marathi, Aiyla in Malayalam, Kumula or Kanaangeluthi in Tamil and Bangude in Tulu, Konkani and Kannada.

Please Note:

Make sure to place your order by Sunday evening & your entire order will be delivered on Wednesday for LS,BD,HX & WF and on Thursday for the rest of the postcodes.

Freshly caught fish of weight 1kg will be cleaned and sliced.

The weight of the fish will be reduced once it is cleaned. After cleaning the 1kg fish it will be 700g to 800g (Cleaning wastage will be 20%- 30%).
