Fresh Squid 1kg (Cleaned & Gutted)

The taste of squid ranges from mild to rubbery. If cooked over medium heat, squid tends to have a mild flavor similar to that of shrimp and lobster. Squid is a good source of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin C, iron and calcium.

It is also known by names, such as, 'Kanavai' in Tamil, 'Kanava' in Malayalam, 'Kaamuta sanchulu' in Telugu,'Nal, maakul' in Marathi.

Make sure to place your order by Sunday evening & your entire order will be delivered on Wednesday for LS,BD,HX & WF and on Thursday for the rest of the postcodes.

Freshly caught fish of weight 1kg will be cleaned and sliced.

The weight of the fish will be reduced once it is cleaned. After cleaning the 1kg fish it will be 700g to 800g (Cleaning wastage will be 20%- 30%).
