Supreme Semolina (Sooji/Rava) Coarse 400g - Best Before Nov ‘24

Semolina, also referred to as sooji coarse, is a coarse flour-like substance produced by beating durum wheat. Depending on the quality of the Durum wheat, sooji can come in a variety of colours and sizes. Additionally, sooji is a flexible component that may be used to create both savoury and sweet treats.

For batters, a fine version of Sooji is used. In south India, rava is used to make various breakfast recipes like instant idli, quick rava dosa and rava uttapam.

It is low in cholesterol and sodium and fairly high in fibre and can be safely incorporated into a well-balanced diet.
